Merry Christmas

Hello Bloggers,

Merry Christmas. I just wanted to write a couple of things about today and this past week. I will be leaving for vacation for about a month in a half.

I wanted to write to you about this season and what it's about and it's about Love, Hope, Peace and Faith. Jesus is the reason for the season. Christmas is about Christ. I know I haven't wrote a lot down about my faith or anything like that but I do want to share this.

one of my favorite passages in the bible that talks about the Christmas season and Christ's birth is found in Luke chapter 2 verses 1-13.

Well I know I said that I was going to catch up on the week so here is what has all happen leading up to this Christmas season.


1. We celebrated my grandmothers birthday which is my dad's mother milestone of making it to 100 years old. at that same time we learn that my other cousin who is married is going to be having a baby her first child and it's going to be a little girl. So I'm pleased to say that im getting another little girl in the family.

2. The next day was my father's birthday. We ended up taking him out to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. It was awesome and funny to watch him get his 30 minutes of fame. videos and pictures were posted on my personal page on fb.

3. Christmas Eve service was amazing. I got to see the rest of my family and my uncle preach at church for service and got to see my cousin with his girlfriend which was amazing since he moved in with his girlfriend and they got there own place and he teaches a lot in Harford county.

So there you have it bloggers.

I know I haven't been posting to much and it's hard to post things when your not sure what to post and so forth so I decided just to blog about this week and also my stops down the road tomorrow when I head off to vacation and I can't wait. I'm also happy to say that I got a new computer now so I can finally type all this instead of trying to do this on my phone which I  have been doing for a while now.

I can't believe another year is coming to an end. This week there is so many things coming from birthdays to Christmas parties. What a month

Hey bloggers, 

What a month of November I had already. First weekend in November we had a group called the collective for young adults ages 18-30. They get together with Luther churches in the Baltimore area and hang out that night we had over 50+ students 3 bonfires and 9+ churches all come out on our first night. It was amazing. 

This weekend we had a girls camping trip  in Gettysburg PA. My first time camping as well and I fell in love with it and I can't wait to do it all over again. 

Next weekend is New Jersey and New York with friends to hang out with them and to see the rocketts for the first time for me. I'm so blessed. I love all of u. 

One a more serious note please continue to pray for Paris and the world.

Zoo, trunk or treat and more

Hello bloggers, 

It's Friday, the weekend starts now. We're do I start. Well yesterday my friend came down from New Jersey to spend time with friends and family with that came with all of us going to the zoo. It's been 16 years since I've been to the zoo so it was really interesting seeing everything and all that change. So with comes some funny pictures and videos. Which is on my page as well. 

Also this weekend. What an amazing trunk or treat we had tonight. More then normal amount of people showed up and had a lot of community involvement with the fire department and police department who came out and supported us. Pictures will also be posted once they have been updated but with that being said I will post a blog pic of the zoo trip yesterday.

What a week

Hello bloggers, 

Can't believe we are almost into November. This week is Halloween. Where has the time gone. A bunch of quick updates to give you. 

1st of all I know in my last post that I would be posting a picture of my new hair. That will be coming out later today. And what my hair looked like before that. So happy with my new fall look for this year. 

2nd of all I have started a new job/volunteering position at my local elementary school and have been there for a little over a month. I love it. Not sure if I mention it you guys on the blog or not. 

3rd of all I wanted to update you on something personal as well that's going on with my family. About 3 weeks ago I got a call that my grandmother was in the hospital after she took another fall. She's been in the hospital for about three weeks she's been having a lot of issues with her health the poor women will be 100 in 2 months. We are hopeful and praying that she will make it to 100. With that being say she has been taking a turn for the worse and they been telling us that they are going to release her and that she should go on hospice. Continue to keep my family in your prayers and thoughts this coming from just 3 months ago on loosing my uncle to ALS. But I feel that she's ready to go and I want her at peace. And me taking a lot of time off to deal with this and having a wonderful mentor and boss who thinks and cares about me while I'm dealing with this is amazing and I'm so blessed. 

4th this past Sunday I threw my first surprise baby shower for my youth pastor and his wife for there third child. It was amazing pictures have already been posted for that if you check out my photography page on Facebook I also linked the page to my blog page as well. 

But with that all said to end on a happy note. This Friday is our annual trunk or treat at my church. From 6:30-8:30. I wil post the info on my blog as wel and shared the with everyone.

New hair

Hey bloggers, 

Wow when has the time gone. We are already in October. Halloween is coming up soon. So many fall weddings this past weekend and this weekend. As you just read above. I wrote new hair that's right last month I got a new hair cut and now this week I'm dying my hair too a dark red/fall color. I'm so nervous since I never dyed my hair like that and I always have done my hair in highlights or such. I will be putting a before and after picture/combine them so u can see.

September 2015

Goodmorning bloggers, 

Wow it's been a longtime since I last wrote and its September already wow the time has gone by. New school season has started and of course u can't for high school Friday night lights. ;) hope every ones school year is doing well. I just put my paper work in to work as a teachers aid and to assist in classroom parties, events and field trips ;) I can't wait to start this school year. 

One more day till Friday and it's the weekend. I can't even wait. I also forgot to mention that this month marks one year since I lost a dear friend and brother of mine and it never gets better love u chris.
